Shower Kits

The easiest way to replace your existing shower or to install a shower facility, perhaps to make an en-suite or wet room, is looking to buying a shower kit. These kits usually comprise a shower head, shower valve which can be thermostatically controlled or manual, hose if the kit is a surface mounted, and a riser bar for adjusting the shower head.

Shower kits are made by a range of manufacturers and we would suggest that you confine your searches to those of well known manufacturers. Names like Mira, who supply a comprehensive range of shower kit which combine the latest shower valves and shower heads which can be chrome finish or in pastel colours, these spray heads can be conventional, or the latest in overhead drenching styles.

Aqualisa also produce some very attractive shower kits which can be offered in a variety of colours, amongst the most popular of these is their Victorian style Aquatique Thermo in gold finish with a thermostatic shower valve.

Pegler, drawing on their experience of designing and producing taps and showers since 1899 would, as you might expect offer a huge range of shower kits, including drencher showers which produce a cascade of water just like showering under a waterfall. With these shower kits, Pegler offer integrated or if you prefer, separate shower handsets and their entire product range carries a 5 year guarantee.
